Approach

White-glove delivery, written down.

A paid discovery consult is required to book time. After that, the process is the same whether you need a health check, a website, or a monthly plan. Scope is written. Access is limited. Handover is documented.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A scheduled call and, when useful, a remote look at the environment. We document what you run, who depends on it, and which issues are costing time. Access is requested, not assumed.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A written statement of work: scope, price, timeline, and exclusions. Work does not start until you approve it. There is no implied retainer.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Changes are made in a defined window. You receive a brief status note when a milestone is complete. Privileges are limited to what the job requires and are removed when it ends.

  4. 04

    Handover

You get credentials, a short operating note, and a record of what changed. Optional managed care begins only if you elect a monthly plan.

Standards

How we run the practice.

  • Written before we work

A statement of work with price, timeline, and exclusions. Verbal requests are not billable on their own.

  • Least-privilege access

We take only the accounts the job needs, use them in a defined window, and remove them at handover.

  • Change notes, every time

Each engagement ends with a short written record: what changed, what was verified, and what is yours to keep.

  • Industry-aligned controls

Security baselines reference CIS Controls and everyday professional practice. We do not sell certificates we have not earned.

  • Tested recovery

Backups are not a checkbox. Restores are tested and the evidence is shared with you.

  • Named contact

You work with a person, not a ticket portal. Same-business-day response on managed plans.

What we will not do

  • Begin billable work on a verbal request alone.
  • Take standing administrative access when the job does not require it.
  • Recommend a platform because it is new. Fit and cost come first.
  • Hide hourly overage inside a “managed” line item.
  • Claim certifications or audits we have not completed.

What you receive

  • A paid discovery consult before time is reserved. The rate is on Pricing.
  • A statement of work with price, timeline, and exclusions.
  • Status notes at milestones, in writing.
  • Credentials and a short operating note at handover.
  • Evidence of backup restores when backups are in scope.
  • An optional monthly plan only if you elect one.
